Some sweet news amongst the Covid stay at home orders...we are now able to offer our local honey for contactless delivery! Within Port Macquarie it's $5 for speedy delivery to your door, or if you're further away we can package your honey up and ship it by Australia Post or courier to Sydney and throughout NSW, QLD, VIC, SA , ACT, NT & TAS...just not to WA or Kangaroo Island. Great to see significant research into how Australian honey - especially Ironbark and Yellowbox (two of our favourite harvests as beekeepers and so delicious!) - can significantly help gut health. As reported in this article by Agrifutures "The future of honey: From a pantry staple to the medicine cabinet" June 7, 2021, research has been led by the University of Technology Sydney's Dr Nural Cokcetin and funded by AgriFutures Honey Bee & Pollination Program.
