Shipping policy

We aim to package and ship your honey purchase within 48 hours of your order being placed and will be in touch with you if there are any problems. Once the parcel is collected from us, you will be able to track it with the courier or postal service. Due to Covid, there are some delays in the delivery network within Australia and around the world.

Due to regulations we are unable to ship to Western Australia, Kangaroo Island and New Zealand.
